TIDAL WAVE!
Up from the depths of the sea
Roars a minatory wave,
From the depths of the soul blows an urgent wind;
Heated by the flame that burns within;
TIDAL WAVE!
From the four corners of deprivation comes;
Ignorance, Self Love, Envy and Vengeance;
In the form of a
TIDEL WAVE!
Murderous, racist, insensitive, prejudiced pig;
Mirrored image of the man within.
Is there hope for this naked creature;
Salvation from the torrid wave of retribution?
How shall the innocent survive the
TIDAL WAVE!
Uprooting unanchored trees
That bares no productive fruit.
Toppling one-sided love affairs;
Drowning well-phrased lies
Dressed-up to look like promises to be kept.
What shall be said for this world’s kind of man,
How he can hate himself so:
Lies to his Mother,
Turns on his own;
Might as well throw his children his bones
For he may now survive
The TIDAL WAVE!
What can be said for this world’s kind of man,
Has he dared to venture in?
Will he somehow survive?
Can he possible support his own prodigal son.
Dare he stand up to the
THE TIDAL WAVE!
