Leaders Are Growed

In the storms of adversity,

An immature person matures,

A weak person becomes strong,

And an impulsive person learns patience.

This is proved by their course corrections as they strive toward their highest calling.

I wish this were always true. Sometimes the immature, weak, impulsive people just stay that way. They only think they are leaders.
